Files can be sent from Lightroom to Mediagraph through an Album that has been connected to a Mediagraph Lightbox. You can send files to Mediagraph by sending an existing Lightroom Album, by creating a new Mediagraph Lightbox with a selection of photos, or by adding photos to an existing connected album. Read more about how to create an album connected to a Mediagraph Lightbox here: Create a Lightroom Album from a Mediagraph Lightbox.

Send files from Lightroom to Mediagraph

To send an existing Lightroom Album to Mediagraph:

  1. Right click the album in Lightroom’s left-hand sidebar.
  2. Hover over Share… to see a list of available connections. If you don’t see Mediagraph listed, make sure you set up the connection successfully: Connect Mediagraph to Lightroom.
  3. Click Mediagraph. The upload will begin automatically. A Mediagraph window will open in your default browser showing the new Lightbox.

You cannot establish a connection with an empty Album. There must be at least one image in the album to link it with a Lightbox in Mediagraph.
