Mediagraph Troubleshooting:

Why am I seeing a watermarked image?

Why are full size downloads watermarked?

How do I remove the watermark?

General Members

View and download access, including watermark settings, are determined by Member Permissions. If you want to view or download a file without a watermark, you need to request a higher access level. Submit an access request or ask an admin or manager.

Admins

View and download access, including watermark settings, are determined by Member Permissions. When an admin or manager is setting up the Mediagraph account, a number of preset Member Permissions configurations are included, some of which include a watermark. Admins can always tell whether a Permission has a watermark by looking for the watermark icon.png icon in the Permissions panel of Collection Info, or while setting up Permissions in Manage Collection or in Manage > User Groups.

In this screenshot from Manage > User Groups, for example, the All Members - View and Download Full Size preset has the Watermark enabled by default. Click the Watermark slider to disable watermarking for this Permissions profile.

In this screenshot from Manage Collection, the View Only - Full Size preset has Watermarking enabled. You can disable it in Manage > User Groups.
