Admins, Content Managers, and Library Managers.

Available on all plans

By default, any sub-collections within a Collection Tree are sorted by modification date. This default can be changed on the level of individual Collection Trees. Collection Trees can be sorted alphabetically, by size, or by date created or modified, in ascending or descending order. You can also rearrange them by drag-and-drop. The sort order you select applies to display in the left-hand side panel as well as in the Table of Contents view, if you have it enabled for a given collection.

Set a custom Collection Tree sort order

  1. In the Libraries panel, find the Collection Tree you want to set a custom sort order for.
  2. Click the (i) info icon next to the Collection's name to open the info popover.
  3. Click to open the Collection's Manage panel.
  4. Click to open the Table of Contents Settings dropdown.
  5. Click to open the Sub-Collection Sort Order dropdown.
  6. Choose a sort order.
  7. Click Update to save your changes.
