Who can use this feature?
All members with a LinkrUI license.
Available on Multi-Department plans and above.
Mediagraph can be integrated with Google Workspace apps using LinkrUI, a connector plugin by Santa Cruz Software. LinkrUI allows you to search, filter, access, and view the metadata of all the assets in your Mediagraph account, directly in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Save time by finding what you need, adding it directly to Google, and updating it in Mediagraph without ever having to download a copy.
Note that Google Workspace Integration requires a LinkrUI Premium license. Contact Mediagraph Support for more information.
LinkrUI can also be used to integrate Mediagraph with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud. Follow the steps below to learn how to Use LinkrUI with Google Workspace. If you haven't already, take a look at our help documentation to learn how to Set up LinkrUI for Google Workspace.
Getting Started with LinkrUI
Basic Navigation
Navigating the LinkrUI picker window is very similar to navigating the Mediagraph Workspace. By default, LinkrUI will show a Thumbnail Grid view, showing the segments of your Mediagraph account at the top: the File Vault (for Admins and Content Managers only), Libraries and the My Projects panel.
Select one to navigate through the Folder or Collection tree. Once you have opened a Container, all the assets inside it or any contained subfolder will be displayed. You can change the picker to List view to browse it as a tree.
View Asset Details
Click the View Asset Details button in the bottom right corner to see a larger preview and the following metadata: Name, Type, Size, Dimensions, Created Time, Uploaded Time, Last Modified Time and any applied Keyword Tags.
Search, Sort and Filter
The LinkrUI Search bar is directly connected to the Mediagraph Search bar. All Mediagraph search fields, syntax and operators are valid in LinkrUI.
Many of the filters from Mediagraph’s Filter Panel are available in LinkrUI. Multiple filters can be combined. A search term can be combined with any filter(s). Click the Filter button to the right of the Search bar to see a list.
