You can set default view options for individual Collections using the Sort and View Options menus. This will be the setting that is first displayed when someone navigates to this Collection. The user can still choose one of the other options, but it will return to the default when they return to the Collection.

Customize a Collection’s Default View Settings

You have the option to show/hide the Table of Contents, change the view mode, grid size and background color of the Collection.

  • Click on the Collection you’d like to edit.
  • Mouse over the Eye.png View Settings menu in the upper right corner of the Workspace.
  • Select the View Mode, Grid Size and Background Color you desire.
  • Click "Save".
