A Lightbox is a personal tool that allows users to organize MediaGraph content based on their own project needs. The person who makes the Lightbox is the “owner” and controls the settings. They can add files to their Lightbox, invite other members to collaborate and share them with people outside the organization

Add a Lightbox to an existing Project or Organizer

You can also create a Lightbox within a Project or Lightbox Organizer using the Info_Popup.png Info pop-over.

Lightboxes that are created inside a Project cannot be moved outside of that Project. If you want to move a Lightbox that was made inside of a Project you will need to clone it.

  1. Mouse over the Info_Popup.pngInfo pop-over of the Project or Lightbox Organizer you would like your new Lightbox to live in.
  2. Click Add Lightbox.
  3. Give your new Lightbox a name.
  4. You can make a table of contents, add members and enable uploads now, or come back later and customize settings as needed.
  5. Click Save.
