Find assets with no keywords

Sometimes you may want to find Assets that have no keywords assigned at all — not just search by keyword. The Search Options panel lets you filter your workspace to surface Assets missing specific metadata fields, so you can quickly find and fill any gaps.

Find Assets with Empty Keywords

1. Click the gear icon next to the search bar to open the Search Options.
2. Click Find Empty / Full Fields. 
3. Under Search Mode, confirm Find Empty Fields is selected.
4. Under Content and Tags, select Keywords.
   
5. Click Search.

Tip: You can use the same workflow to find assets missing other metadata fields — such as Description, Title, or Alt Text — by selecting a different field in the Find Empty / Full Fields section.
