The Help button in the Mediagraph top bar provides you with quick access to extra guidance and support. In addition to the standard options, you can also add a Custom Help Link.

This is especially useful if your team relies on an external help center, internal documentation, or a custom knowledge base. Adding a Custom Help Link gives all members of your Mediagraph account quick, one-click access to the resources they use most.

Adding a Custom Help Link

You can add a Custom Help Link to the Help menu, giving users easy access to external resources such as a help center or internal documentation.

  1. In the top navigation bar, click Manage.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Site Settings.
  3. Click Branding.

  4. Click Enable Help Menu Link.
Two fields will appear: Help Menu Link Text and Help Menu Link URL.
  5. In Help Menu Link Text, enter the label you want displayed in the Help menu.
  6. In Help Menu Link URL, enter the destination URL for the link.

The URL must include the full address, starting with http:// or https://.
    For example: https://example.com
Entering only www.example.com or example.com will not work.
  7. Scroll down and click Save.
